Totem Indian Trading Post and Museum, Boiceville, N.Y.
The oldest Indian Trading Post and Museum in Ulster County. In 1933 the totem pole and Indian statues in Brunel Park were erected and dedicated by Emile Brunel, to the Great White Spirit and to the Grandeurs and mysteries of Nature as a token of admiration of the beauty of the Catskill Mountains and in the memory of Travelers to the Happy Hunting Grounds.

The Great White Spirits column with four heads on the top, representing Buddha, Moses, Christ, and Mohammed.

The four faces on the bottom of the column represent,
Satan, Bellona, Bacchante, and Cleopatra, or
representing Hate, Greed, Jealousy, and Lust.
The column is 35 feet high with an urn on the top,
that has the remains of Emile Brunel.
Mohammed on top, Bacchante on the bottom.
